I'm posting way too much today XD

Oh god does the weekend shift suck XD You have to do ALL of the day's responsibilities because you're the only one there, so you do 4 med refill runs, ivs, dispense the patient specific meds and deliever them. You're also supposed to do other shit, but that's as far as I got and I was already late to punch out by about 25 minutes.

Monday starts the pharmacy remodel....but I have that day off :) Instead I'm going to the doctor for my fun-gus. :(

But, get this.....the week after next, they have me training the new person. ME. I'm the newest person there XD And next week they're going to have me doing BOTH nursing home narcotic refills which REALLY suck. But, I'll manage, I always do.


Today a nurse interrogated me while I was busy trying to refill a machine instead of, you know, doing her job.

Her: "*silent, standing behind me and watching me* So...are you going to school for pharmacy?"
Me: "Nope!"
Her:"....Most pharmacy techs go to school for pharmacy to become pharmacists..."
Me: "Yeah, but not me. It's just a job."
Her:"....so what DO you have to do to become a pharmacy tech?"
Me:"...come in and train hands-on?"
Her:"Oh.....*continues standing there watching me silently until I'm done."

....okay. XD

So sorry I don't have a degree in it, but none of us do XD Maybe someday if I'm interested in perusing insanity as a career path, I'll look into it. Ashlin the Great, RPh. Sounds good!

Today Ash was a bad girl...and she is posting from her new 16gb ipod touch. ^^;

I could no longer resist. My first paycheck was $666, so how could I not use some of that money for evil? So far it's cool, but the wifi is bitchy.

I overslept today because I forgot to turn up the volume on my ds alarm. I woke up 10mins before I had to leave and somehow still managed to shower and have some breakfast.

I'm still not sure how that happened.

My grandmother has started to make a miraculous recovery, so that's good. I'm happy my dad got to talk to her again because he had a lot of guilt he would have never been able to forgive himself for otherwise. But of course there is a ton of family drama.

I don't wanna deal!
